    Amanda Schroeder

    Amanda Schroeder is the Wells Fargo at Work Senior Program Manager. Amanda supports approximately 850 team members throughout the state of Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. She is responsible for developing business relationships with existing customers by partnering with their Business Banking Relationship Managers, as well as planning and executing financial education seminars. Over the last seven years Amanda has delivered hundreds of seminars. In addition, she also works to coach and develop the presentation skills of those she supports.

    Amanda was named the Wells Fargo's 2019 Nebraska Volunteer of the Year and nominated for 2019 Ten Outstanding Young Omahans.

    A native of Nebraska graduating from Northwest High School, Amanda earned a bachelor's degree in Project Management from Bellevue University. She lives in Omaha with her husband Dustin and two children Zaknafein and Anduin who enjoy visiting water parks and skateboarding.

    Allison Malcolm is a National Branch Manager at TD Ameritrade's Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. She began her career with the investment firm in 2008 and has worked on both the financial services and financial sales side of the business. She is a member of the firm's Retail Women's Mentoring Group and regularly serves as a subject matter expert for the firm's Retail Learning & Development division. Her current responsibilities include leading, coaching, and supporting a team of senior financial consultants as they provide investors with a broad range of brokerage and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis.

    Allison earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and gained corporate experience at Woodmen of the World, First National Bank of Omaha, and Green Plains Renewable Energy. In 2008, she joined TD Ameritrade and became a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) in 2010. Allison, also, holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 licenses.

    Allison grew up in Columbus, Nebraska and currently lives in Omaha. She plays oboe in Nebraska's Wind Symphony.

    Heather Critchfield-Smith

    Heather Critchfield-Smith is the Education Services Manager/Public Information Officer for the Nebraska Public Employees Retirement Systems. For nearly a decade she has served in various roles with the agency, giving her a wealth of knowledge about the ins and outs of the five mandatory retirement plans and one voluntary plan administered by NPERS. As head of the Education Services Department, Heather travels statewide conducting seminars to educate employees about their retirement plans. When not on the road, she produces timely retirement-oriented content for NPERS's publications and website (NPERS.ne.gov). Prior to her work with NPERS, Heather was in the insurance compliance industry, conducting financial/policy investigations for life insurance, health insurance and annuity products. Long story short, Heather has a broad lens through which to view the personal retirement needs of others. When she's not working hard to make talking about retirement interesting, Heather loves Agatha Christie mystery novels, the cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks, puppies and KPOP.

    Claire McHenry is the Deputy Director - Securities Bureau with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. Ms. McHenry has over fifteen years of state securities regulation experience and is an active member of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA). She earned her Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and her Juris Doctorate from American University - Washington College of Law.

    As Outreach Coordinator within the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, Ryan has statewide responsibility for developing and implementing community-based initiatives for educating Nebraskans in the areas of consumer fraud, elder financial abuse, predatory and illegal business practices, identity theft, and Internet safety. Educational outreach services are extended to an average of 20,000 Nebraskans annually through presentations to groups of all sizes across the state and at numerous expositions and fairs including the Nebraska State Fair. Ryan's decade of service within the Attorney General's Offices spans the past two administrations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In his spare time he works hard at elevating a high-handicapper's bad golf game into an art form.

He has worked in the financial/investment services field for 37 years, the last 31 with Union Bank. Union Bank is a $40 billion financial institution headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska (bank & trust assets). He's a member of the Bank's Senior Management Committee.

    In 2000, he started the 529 College Savings Group for Union Bank. Union Bank serves as Program Manager for the Alabama, Illinois, and Nebraska 529 Programs that combined have over $24 billion in assets and 900,000 investor accounts.

Diane has over 30 years of banking experience and decades of serving in Leadership roles with local non-profits such as United Cerebral Palsy, Special Olympics, and Quality Living, Inc.

    Brett grew up in Lexington, Nebraska where she worked at the local Dairy Queen, which was owned and operated by her family for more than fifty years. She lives in Lincoln and enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick and daughter, Elizabeth.
